A Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate, Akansha brings unmatched expertise in strategy, structure, and detail – ensuring every event is managed with the highest level of professionalism and accountability.

Beyond her corporate credentials, Akansha is driven by her love for teaching and culinary arts. Her creativity in the kitchen earned her national recognition as a contestant on MasterChef India Season 3, where she showcased her talent, innovation, and flair for presentation.

For over ten years, I’ve thrived at the intersection of events and customer success, crafting unforgettable experiences while driving measurable business growth. My journey has been fueled by a passion for bringing people together – whether through high-impact hybrid conferences, intimate executive offsites, or data-driven customer engagement strategies.

With expertise in managing $1.5M+ budgets, leading 450+ global B2B and B2C events, and optimising customer lifecycles in SaaS, I’ve learned that success lies in the details—seamless logistics, meaningful engagement, and relentless focus on ROI. But beyond metrics, what truly excites me is the human side of this work: building trust, fostering advocacy, and turning events and customer interactions into long-term relationships.

Today, as the founder of TRINAY, I bring this same strategic rigour and customer-first mindset to every project.
